    Just visited a "customer" that through word of mouth found about my services...
    When I get there, they are active in Sage100 Premium subscription for 5 users and are running LIVE on v2013.
    I am not certified in Premium and have no interest in doing so.  I will help them with some training and procedures.
    Stupid question...is there any way to upgrade them to v2018, but in Standard/Advanced??
    I would imagime since the files as already in SQL I wont be able to do so....but I might as well ask....

    Yes, DSD has a utility to move someone from SQL to Providex.

    (With customer IT supporting SQL, which is our policy, there is no real need to downgrade to ProvideX.  Any questions you have about Premium specific issues... that's what 90-Minds is for!).

    You guys are awesome....customer has IT that supports SQL...but to do the upgrade to 2018 or 2019..if there is a utility...I might as well get them to Standard/Advanced
    Thanks for the prompt response....I will put some numbers together for the "New customer"..
    Primary lesson I learned...I have to memorize the list of enhancements from DSD before posting in 90Minds...

    Going from Premium to Standard / Advanced, you really do lose significant technical benefits.  Make sure they don't have anything which relies on SQL.
