Sage100 Payroll 2018. I had a client upgrade with an IT company... they had a ton of Custom PR Reports... and of course they don't work now. As I am getting my feet wet with the new PII, anyone have tips to get things done with this new security? Because creating a simple report with just employee names is now a complicated task.

You can't test it from within Crystal any more. You have to do your best, put it on the menu, and run it from there, then go back and make changes.

You can customize the built-in reports now, though. Find a wrk file that has the fields you need and create new report settings off of it.

Here is an example of a rough draft custom check history report in a format the client wanted. Notice you need to add the PIIwrk table to be able to print the report and it needs to be printed from the custom reports menu. The link to pull the company name field on this report needs to be tweaked.
