Sage100 advanced version 2016 PU2 one workstation can't get Sage100 to open. double click the icon and get user login page - enter user name and PW click on OK. the login page goes away but nothing opens. if I look at master console from another workstation it shows the user logged in with the console open. set UAC to off uninstalled/reinstalled check user rights to directory on the server and the local workstation directory (all good) what am I missing?

Sage100c by any change in Terminal Server? Even with most recent patch, I have had issues. I go to the documents directory on local machine. Delete the Sage100 folder. Restart. You will be prompted for Classic or Standard and put them to classic desktop. May not be the issue here.

It IS sage100c but not a term server it is a windows 7 workstation. it acts almost like it is opening on some other monitor or something. Other than there isn't any icon open on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen. Larry - the suggestion to delete the Sage100 folder ""documents"" folder WORKED!!!! thank you!
