    Sage100 Advanced 4.3. Client wants to know why the dollar activity for the month for an item from the detail transaction report doesn't agree to the dollar activity in the Trial Balance Report. Is it most likely to be not doing period end timely? TIA

    Is the inventory? I am thinking so.. Anyway, the IM trial balance for v4.3 and prior was horrible. My clients ragged about it all the time. Probably one of the reasons is that they don't close out on a timely basis (right at ME). Another reason for them to move to the latest and greatest release.

    Thanks @JeffSchwenk! I was thinking the same thing. Probably closing issue. Large clients with huge amounts of customizations and add-ons and doesn't want to upgrade!
