  • 1.  Sage100 2019 premium freezing on one company

    Hi everyone.

    We have a customer with Sage100 2019 premium, with 25 or so companies.  One company is freezing up when posting the A/R sales journal - no error, no message, only one invoice in the batch.

    Any ideas on re-indexing databases, etc. ?

    Two things to check:
    • Paperless path (could be different... where that is the delay for something like a DNS lookup or authentication).
    • SQL Log files / recovery model.  If Full, and they aren't doing SQL backups (just Windows), the LDF could be huge.
