    Sage will announce today that they're changing their tier requirements for partners so that people may now move up or down four times per year. This will start on April 2012. So far as I am aware there is no change tier percentage.

    I thought they could always move up on a quarterly basis, but down on a semi annual ..........

    That is the big change. You can lose tier 4 times a year instead of two previously.

    It looks to me like what they are changing is that they can now move us down in any quarter. What I would like to see is tier numbers reported to us in quarterly buckets, so we can see what numbers are going to leave our tier each quarter.

    What I would REALLY like to see is flattening the tiers. Does anyone at Sage realize how much money Sage loses every time on of the large VARS undercuts a smaller VAR on price?

    Well, at least they are waiting until next April Fool's day before they start tightening the noose.
