    Pretty much 34 minutes to tell us that reinstatement on perpetual pricing is flat year-over-year and subscription is up 21%. People who like subscription are smaller companies who are fee sensitive. There is only a 90 day notice for a customer to discontinue use. What I didn't know and don't know how Sage manages this but end users can apparently add or remove licenses as they go along without penalty. I don't know if they do this via expiring registration keys.

    I heard him explain they do not currently have a method to ""turn off the software"" if the End User Customer stops paying. Probably after you posted your original comment.

    Here are the two price list which I have and think are the most current versions -- one for subscription and the other for per user bundles (which is what Sage quotes on many reinstatements).
