Sage was asked about a potential sale of North America payments business during their earnings presentation. They didn't outright deny it but made it seem as if payments was important and they'd keep it.
Sage issued this statement all but saying payments is up for sale.
Important because payments (movement of money) is one of Kelly's golden triangle -- payments, payroll, accounting -- that he has described as the company's growth path.
