    Sage v2017 Std - having issues with missing files in PR. While attached article references WebRoot activity, client is running trend micro. Has anyone else noticed an uptick in AV bad behavior? We had some posts a while back....

    An understatement.... Always have to remember this KB on new installs. Just sent it to the client. An oldie, but still a goodie. Does anyone have other tricks?

    According tech support, Trend Micro is being overly aggressive also. Get those extensions excluded....
