Sage v2017 Premium. Has anyone ever seen or heard of UDF's disappearing from users screen anytime anyone accesses anything in customizer? We have a client that we cannot access UDF Maintenance, Scripts Maintenance, Customizer etc -at all- while users are in the system or all the UDF's added to screens (like Sales Order Entry) disappear until we run the Update Custom Panels Task. The other weird thing, is we CAN run the update panels tasks while users are in the system. So confused. I (of course) can't duplicate this, and Sage says you shouldn't be going into customizer while users are in the system anyway (which is a crock of you know what).
This glitch has made its way through two upgrades as well. Started in 2013, then in 2015, and now in 2017. So it's being carried through. Thoughts??? TIA :)
