    Sage v2017 ADV - ""**Unable to print SO_salesjournal.rpt. Database logon failed**."" Any tech tips for troubleshooting why network connections are dropped. To resolve this one, I suggested they reboot their workstation and she was able to finish. Would simply logging out of Sage, then back in corrected the connection? Should I turn on the CS ODBC service for this user? All thoughts are appreciated.

    Are they by chance connected via wireless? Also, maybe have IT check the workstation/server Event logs.
