Sage V. 2016 PU 2 - AP Invoice History is missing for one vendor can't figure out why or what I should be looking for. This is an upgrade from 4.05. Other vendors have history.

Check the Vendor ID in AP_Vendor. Make sure the Division is not blank.

They are using AP divisions. All vendors in AP_Vendor have a division, all header records AP_InvoiceHsitory have division. Any other ideas?

Maybe it was merged with another vendor?

No, don't think so. New vendor started in September 2016, good thought though.

Found the issue - **bug in Sage 2016** AP_InvoiceHistoryDetail record has a null value in ExtendedDescriptionKey$ field Use Excel/Access or method of your choice to list all records with null in AP_InvoiceHistoryDetail ExtendedDescriptionKey$. Create an import to update null field with 10 zeros and import back into system. Hope that Sage fixes it soon, else I imagine running this export/import routine for awhile.
