    This guy is pretty different. 1st: he isn't French. 2nd: he isn't a financial guy. 3rd: he has sold for a living (Oracle). 4th: he was worked (a decade+) in the USA 5th his 2 jobs before the UK Civil Service were significant turnarounds (Chordiant and Micro Focus). Will Pascal be gone? I can argue that either way. If I were to bet, I'd give 2:1 he's gone by end of FY 2015 http://bit.ly/1ogp7vG

    First sentence of the article in The Telegraph: Stephen Kelly has a reputation for cheerfully taking on 'toxic' projects and making them work - Is Sage considered a 'toxic' project?

    I'm impressed with his experience and credentials and hope he replaces Pascal with someone who can speak proper English, so we can understand the keynote next year.

    It could be very interesting to have a non-finance guy calling the shots.
