There was a page 3 but it was mostly about company size, numbers of customers, etc

The last question about how many customers used various packages did not work right. If you chose 0 in one column when you again chose 0 in another column it erased the first answer. You have to have an answer in each column or you cannot complete the survey. Very lame.

I see mine. Wow, Sage REALLY wants and values my opinion..... Do they offer a Starbucks gift card for a lucky winner of the drawing

I gave them my honest and frank opinion on this survey also, especially the question: ""How do you feel Sage treats its partners?

@JeffSchwenk Yes, you may get a Starbucks gift card, but you have to pay an activation fee to Sage.

Apparently the partners in Canada are more effective at providing feedback since they were able to have the change deferred and ""ensure there is commensurate value-add and the packaging and pricing are competitive with the market."" Isn't that what we were asking for?

@JohnHoyt - I enjoyed that question far too much. I started my response with, ""Partners? We are not partners. True partners do not take advantage of each other."" It went downhill from there. I wrote how we used to sell Sage products exclusively, and how we fix problems caused by software bugs even if we cannot charge for our time, and yet, Sage continues to raise prices and squeeze our margins. I love surveys like that one.

@BrianKelly Very good - as long as we are sharing, I was a little more diplomatic . . . ""OK, although not in the true meaning of partner. Partners should be more important than customers, but we would at least like to be treated like customers, although not convinced customers are treated like customers should."" I guess I thought it was nicer than it sounds, now that I read it again :-)

I was assuming they would use the revenue and customer count questions to filter out the responses from the ""partners"" don't want to hear from. Now I'm not so sure they won't use this question to eliminate responses.

Love this - As a starting point, to help us build a strong go-to-market approach, please share your thoughts by answering a few survey questions - maybe i will wait a till next week when I am closer to the Halloween spirit to answer.

I deleted the survey. Why waste time answering questions when they pay no attention to the feedback provided or are so high on cool aid that they think they are listening.
