    Sage support is most definitely getting worse. Even with the established analysts who have been there for a while (though I suspect not much longer). The last case the lady just basically gave up in the middle as a file was rebuilding and said ""call back if it doesn't work"". Not sure how people in that area keep their jobs.

    Though I will say this type of attitude is excellent to sell your own support against.

    I just had the same type of thing happen. Without even investigating she [Jenny] said, well I don't show anything on it in my system, so it has to be environmental or user error... *Really?* I asked to talk to somebody else.

    Problem is these support people talk to our customers. The cost of Gold support gets this response?

    It's not just the cluelessness that concerns me. I have one client on Gold call them for instructions on recording UPS charges drafted against their bank account and were given correct instruction BUT were not cautioned about posting dates. This dumb bunny then proceeded to record 18 months of weekly charges all on 4/15/2015. Hosed GL and bank rec. then was surprised because she followed instructions ""to the letter"".

    I heard from a customer yesterday where the support person refused to answer questions and just kept saying ""it's in the email I just sent you
