    Sage support is a rock solid 45 minutes min. wait. Unless you're in a ""System Down"" state best to go at them first thing in the AM.

    It is all part of that Extraordinary Customer Experience. Problem is, it is extraoridnarily frustrating to be a Sage customer.

    I avoid Sage at all costs except when the customer pushes for it -- usually to see why some feature isn't working. But when the customer pushes for it I make them sit with me on the phone so they can share the experience of Sage.

    Have we had any feedback as to whether this is the same situation Gold Plan subscribers are experiencing?
