    Sage Subscription Commissions Now that I think all our tier has been posted, I started looking at the commission statements - probably a bad idea. I am not convinced we're receiving what we should, but without spending a lot of time, I'm not sure how to approach this. I asked my RSM if they can send me a list of all customers, their subscriptions and commissions on monthly, annual and 3-year terms. I doubt that will show up anytime soon.

    I'll be speaking to Larry Sunderlin about this. (I've been told he's no longer afraid of me! Isn't that in our partner agreement that we can be abusive to Sage people in general when they frustrate us?)

    I think it should be SOP!!! Sage abuses the hell out of us. Yes, I know we shouldn't shoot the messengers but who else do we take aim at?

    It's a giant cluster you know what. Sometimes the commissions show up, sometimes they randomly stop for no reason. We are still working out tracking, but essentially we are going to end up booking recurring invoices in our own system for everything we should be getting and then tying them back to the credits each month, with a follow-up on the missing stuff. There will be missing stuff every month from what we have been seeing. It's a giant PIA now...
