    Sage std - ""Record has been changed by another user and changes will not be saved"" in Customer Maintenance. This is the client that only has these issues with new user codes. Does anyone know what the code is looking for to determine this error? Is it some feedback from the O/S?

    I was thinking stranded lock records too...

    Does the new user have Full rights to the MAS90 folder? It sounds like they are able to add Lock records, yet not have them removed. (Maybe I am thinking too simply.)

    Just saw this on 2014 couple weeks ago. Customer tried to add contact by hot linking from SO to Cust Maintenance, then created a new contact and tried to save. Wasn't this a bug on prior versions?

    Just had this the other day on v2013.4. Couldn't really pinpoint it, but chalked it up to the user having multiple windows/screens open for the same record.
