Am I the only one that continues to struggle with submitting smartsheets? or does everyone have an office person who receives combat pay? IMHO, the process is arduous, confusing and frustrating? A simple request for new PR keys took nearly a week. At first I could not get any information (has not been 48 hours), then became a series of "you did not fill out the form correctly, you used the wrong email address (although the reseller and reseller information was correct), then you requested a quote (even though the comments specifically explained exactly what I needed. NO one at Sage took the initiative to contact me to figure things out. I had to make a the calls.
