    Sage sells healthcare division. I think they bought this for $565 million. Sold for $320 million.

    This is not 100% news to most since Sage had been talking about this since early in the year when Bloomberg reported May 29, 2011 that Sage was mulling a sale. http://goo.gl/yLqkP

    The loss doesn't include operating losses incurred by the division. The division appears to have value and on its own may achieve profitability.
