    Sage seems to have resolved my issue with no results being returned in my search for ""Crystal Lockfile"" -- they claim it was a permissions issue. Check and see if you see results - if not we can have them look at your account.

    Mine works. appear to have 7 hits. Maybe mine got fixed at the same time as yours.

    Customer screen is totally unusable at this point. I am in compatiblity mode and formating is worse, it says ""Error: Business partner 4002916698 is currently locked by you"" and I have no idea how to get out of it. Tried the back button on the upper right and got ""Web page could not be found"". This is going to be really fun! On the bright side, both getting 7 hits is positive.

    I know they caution against using the back button -- I have not yet ventured into the customer screen. I may have to work up some strength over the weekend before I do...

    It's going to be the weekend before I have time to get to the University to learn about this thing. At least now i know what I will be doing this weekend. I obviously need more that just the browser in compatibility mode. I have what I think are links run together, picture boxes with a little red x in the center and various warnings that have to do with security popping up. Once I graduate from the U, it will probably be all better.

    The lack of formating was a browser issue. Works OK now. Once the formating worked, I found I could clear a locked record by deselecting it.
