Rick is your counterpart to my Roger Demers, and that's a different group. They are not directly responsible for any customer sales, but are supposed to help us (i.e. Partner Growth), which is a unique idea. Roger has been very helpful to us, since I met him prior to Summit. Their job is to motivate us to make sales after Sage management has torn us down by taking something away. (Good cop, bad cop?)
