Sage Sales Operations Based on my original complaint about Sage Manufacturing sales, I mentioned the general mess everything seems to be for quotes, orders, follow up, etc. Within a short time today I was contacted by Tiffany Kuykendall (Director, NA ISV Programs - Irvine) and Tim Finch (Director, Sales Operations - Atlanta). They admitted the transition to Atlanta has been challenging, but they are working to improve and provide better tools for us. Time will tell in terms of improvements. They're coming from a very low point, so anything should seem better. I was given other management contacts, but nothing about exactly how to work with the Sales team in Atlanta.

We are happy to report that today we added 4 fax machines .... so we can now lose your incoming payroll subscription paperwork 4x as fast ... which means you should discover that we've screwed up faster and can re-submit your paperwork to us within 1-2 day quicker than in all previous screwups before. Whoops gotta go hide under the sales operation desk here in Atlanta as I see some Sage execs walking this way... TTFN.

For a company that theoretically designs and develops business optimization software, this is rather funny

Sage is not a software publisher. It is holding company that happened to buy some software publishers, now managed by people who are incentivized for short term manipulation of the parent company's stock price, knowing that when they run out of gimmicks they will be paid their 12 (million) pieces of silver to move along to another holding company as their new CSPM (Chief Stock Price Manipulator).
