Sage Sales Operations Automatic Reply
There is now an automatic message sent when a customer e-mails the Sales Advisors to add on to their 100c system:
""Thank you for contacting Sage! This is confirmation that we have received your request and will process in the order in which it was received. Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Thank you for your business! Sage Sales Operations""
That's it. Real personal, as if they have 1000's of orders coming in, too. I expect they can do better with this message.
