Sage taking minority position in SwiftPage

Can't say too much since it is still in progress.

Contracts, implementations and pricing will remain the same for now and through transition period. Business as usual.

Increase in focus in Sage CRM integration with all products. Will continue with Swiftpage integrations into Sage CRM as they have a minority interested. No migration strategy or cross product incentives between Sage CRM and formerly Sage CRM products

Wouldn't this be a very ugly world if they end up taking a majority position in SwiftPage and going full circle here?
