Sage Roundtables with Development Team - no recordings During this mornings planning meeting with Sage Dev team, brought up NDA and Sage felt that the Partner Agreement NDA was sufficient to cover these meetings and no other NDA would be needed. However, we felt that since the recording distribution could not be controlled we'd not record the meetings, thus allowing a more open dialog to occur. We will be posting a brief recap of the partner NDA in the sign-up materials on the GoToWebinar site, to reassure Sage and remind members. I'll be working with Kevin Kawado and Linda Cade on the verbiage. Sage's concerned, plans change and they don't want a recording that will come back on them. My concern was indiscriminate sharing of info that could potentially end to any future open dialogs.

This would be listed in the meeting postings on SC and will also be in the email confirmation sent after member's registration. _By attending this meeting, you agree that information exchanged during this meeting is confidential.
