    Sage Response Times Has anyone noticed how slow Sage people are in returning calls and e-mails? My consultants tell me that customer support takes forever on hold now. I e-mail and leave messasges for our Sales Advisor and RSM and they don't respond. And these are for new sales!

    The beauty of 90Minds. You minimize your support interactions. Having said that, I sent a request in to my Sales Advisor and she turned it in 4 hours. Was a simple request for some SI licenses. But what the hey.... It DID take them six weeks to issue a simple credit and refund the money...

    I have historically found Sage to be very slow to return emails. It just took me 3 days (some of which may have been over a weekend) to get a reply from Don Deshaies. The only thing that I've found to be true is that if you find a Sage person who is on the ball, replies quickly and seems to know what they're doing -- they leave.

    I agree. TIm Sullivan used to return e-mails so quickly it seemed like it was a game to him. Alas, he's joined Avalara. Having lunch with him the end of the month, so perhaps he can give me some dirt (about Sage).
