    I'm sure that this is something that has been around forever and I just missed it. Most of my customers don't forward their renewal notice(s) to me so I don't see the end-user paperwork very often.

    Granted, this only says that electronic payment auto-renew "as standard" and leaves the door open for possible exceptions. FYI.

    I have a customer on payroll whose renewal is coming up soon. Sage emailed them :

    We've listened to our customers
    We're moving to electronic payments and need your updated payment details by mmddyyyy ( Note: roughly 1 week before renewal)

    Thanks for continuing to trust Sage as your preferred partner to help run your business. Your contract for Sage 100 PREM Payroll Subs Annual is coming up for renewal.
     
    We've listened to feedback from customers and to make things as easy as possible for you, we're moving to electronic payments via ACH Draft or Credit Card and auto-renew as standard. I will be in contact with you shortly to discuss, in the meantime:
