I think the reality is CRM is a very small part of overall revenues and they know they are a non-player for CRM outside of the Sage install base. They once had king of the hill with Saleslogix and like all Sage products to date, failed to invest more than 1% of maintenance revenues back into the product to keep it relevant and MSCRM/SFDC ate its lunch.
Overall, like reading the financial presentations of any given hedge fund or wall street company. Not very exciting if you actually care about software & innovation. Just how to most efficiently milk the cow
