Issue resolved after many hours of going back and forth. Sage claimed they never processed/charged the customer for 2018 renewal when charging them for 2019 renewal. Sage applies payment sent for 2019 renewal to 2018 amount due and issues a refund check for overpayment. Check bounces which turns out that Sage did a stop payment but never told anyone once they realized their mistake after sending a refund check.
We continue to have Sage 100cloud accounts being overcharged for renewals with the most recent account going up by 23%. We request a refund for the customer and then Sage does another overcharge the next month. So many wasted hours on our part trying to correct Sage mistakes and customers totally frustrated.
