Sage Product Enhancement Program. On or Off? I've been de-activating this on every upgrade since I do not have the authority to ""opt-in"" on behalf of the customer. Anyone been talking to customers about whether to activate/deactivate?

I send my clients an e-mail with a snap shot of the panel explaining what is going on. Most opt out. If I don't hear back from them, I opt out for them.

Since Sage doesn't ""opt-in"" for us to see the customers cases on the new Portal, I've been leaving the setting off then the customer can decide to ""opt in"". When in doubt, follow what Sage has done -- opt out until the client opts themselves in.

Penny, login under the Administrator. PEP should be the last option on panel. I think you have to be on PU 8 to see it also. BTW, you don't have to identify yourself as Penny. That is being redundant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #bazinga

Um, @MoiraGoggin/Penny, when you say ""It's Moira, aka Penny"" - one, we KNOW it's Moira cuz we can see your name; and two, when you say silly things, you ARE Penny. (Does that do it @JeffSchwenk or am I being dense?) And Moira, we are all Pennys some days. :) (Jeff, my Maint Reqd light is still on...)
