@Wayne Schulz  Do you know if Sage increases the prices every year?

"We strive to keep our price increase in line with inflation rates, while also investing in new features."

If Sage raised prices on Sage 100 within the last twelve months then they are not keeping price increases in line with inflation.  inflation for the last 12 months has averaged 3.7% while core inflation (removing the volatile food and energy sectors) was 4.3%.

Wish I could say that it's just Sage who is taking advantage of economic news to raise rates. I see this all over and my advice is if you can't beat 'em join 'em.

Here's what my notes had for FY23 price increases - they were somewhat similar to 2024 and used the same excuse of inflation and invest in the product.

Price increases for Sage should equate to commissions increases for partners. Those closer to the product than I can attest to Sage ensuring that "Sage 100 and Sage 300 be feature rich."  It does appear that they have made investments in the manufacturing suite(s) in recent years as well as required compliance (payroll, TLS, etc.) as well as more strategic investments in Sage Provisioning Portal to keep the products relevant in the market.

No issues here with a price increase particularly if there are new features end users can use.  Claiming the price increases are in line with inflation when they are 40% higher than inflation on the low end and more than double on the high end is a bit insulting to us who know how to use Google.

Prices increase, tier requirements increase, partner commissions decrease, and we eventually retire.  The facts of life.
