  • 1.  Sage Premium 5.0, Quantity History Tab values in Q

    Sage Premium 5.0, Quantity History Tab values in Qty Sold and Qty Received do not match the Transaction Tab, Detail Trans Report for significant amount of items. Ran IM Item Recalc utility, rebuilt SO and PO sorts. Still off. Transaction tab is missing PO and SO entries. History tab is not calculating properly. Appears to have started in January 2015. Any ideas on what could have happened? Any ideas on how to correct this in SQL? Thank you, Wendy

    Try the utility at: File -> Run -> *UTL It gives a menu including: IM Balance Inventory Quantity and Cost. There is help-text for that program.

    Are they up to date on service updates? I had an issue with 2013 re this (on Std) and it was caused by a leap year - but not saying that was the only cause. Anyway, Sage had to come up with a fix for it.

    It looks like there is a fix for this in PU 5 for v2014.
