  • 1.  Sage PR Check Register Hangs

    Trying to print the check register.  Something simple.  But it isn't today.

    Printing hangs per below screen shot.  Stop restart, nothing.  Reboot server, nothing, shut off CS ODBC service, start nothing, I deleted the voided checks (ap utility), nothing.  Client deleted the 250 employee PR and has started anew.

    Any thoughts in case the redo tanks?

    Did they change the check number and it's trying to void them?

    I would do one employee on the re-do and see if it works.  If it works add 10 more employees.  If that works add 50 more etc etc ect.

    Redo completed without incident.  Client thinks it might have been the employee with both a check and a DDeposit on the SAME PR entry number.  Very strange.  I thought that was impossible but the PR data entry audit report has it.  PR was imported.  DD flag is assigned from the employee master.  Getting close to Halloween I suppose,

    @Diana Laughner - I thought of that.  Ran the purge void check report in AP utility but that didn't appear to work (see above comment with both check and ACH on same PR entry.  BTW, are void PR checks stored in the AP Check History
