Sage posted what they've titled Partner NPS Survey. This is available to view in Sage Partner Central.
It contains a lot of interesting information - most of it pretty vague as to timeline - and omits mention of the net promoter score itself. I'll let you all draw your own conclusions about the score.
Some acronyms to watch:
Here is a list of all the acronyms in the document and what they stand for:
- NPS: Net Promoter Survey
- CRE: Construction and Real Estate
- SDMO: Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations
- API: Application Programming Interface
- ARR: Annual Recurring Revenue
- RRbV: Recurring Revenue by Volume
- SSCI: Sage Supply Chain Intelligence (fka Anvyl )
- NCA: New Customer Acquisition
Sage talks about the number of Sage 100 customers they claim to have as well as the revenues produced by those customers and that half of those customers have "complex supply chains" ( whatever that means - and Sage doesn't specify). They also talk about making SDMO available as an add-on for Sage 100. I'm not entirely sure which of my distribution customers with 5-10 enhancements are going to abandon those enhancements in favor of SDMO which , IMO, seems like a bridge to bring Sage 100 customers to Intacct. Maybe I'm just over-caffeinated and imagining this type of progression and that most Sage 100 users who've invested tens of thousands in integrations and enhancements will move to SDMO.
There are a few new kids on the block which are acquisitions Sage UK did in 2024. Namely SSCI ( aka Anyvl ) and Sage Business Reporting ( unsure if this will be a product name or if it's going to be rolled into another product - Infineo)
Sage also announces goals they've set for the number of Sage Network users, and SSCI users,
