    Sage Portal: Is there a trick to getting one page with your customers keys or do you need to hunt and peck. I can find the page with the keys there just does not seem to be a one page summary.

    I would like to ask -- is there a trick to finding ANYTHING on the new Sage Portal? I can't seem to find a way to see case notes. And to get to the product updates since they took down the external-facing link, I have to click 4 times (5 if I have to go to 4.40 or below).

    I don't think there is a one page summary anymore. You have to go to the customer, then to the Products tab, and in order to see the key, choose Personalize on the right side (by the page indicator) and choose to ""Adjust Column Width to Text Length"", then hunt and peck for the keys. By the way, CRM keys are not there, you have to contact Sage to get the CRM keys.

    Thanks Jane. @DawnAnastasi I think our best thing to do is create a master list of useful links that work once you've logged into the Sage Atlas. At least that will cut out a decent percent of the hunt.     Yup, just noticed that 5 minutes ago. But shouldn't that direct link work once logged in? I guess not.

    I think once logged in those direct links work - at least a very quick test on my Chrome browser seemed to work. I was just in the Atlas KB searching on ""paperless office"" and they must do something that really degrades the search quality because now I'm getting every result BUT paperless office. Sad.

    Direct links to PU's appear to work even if not logged into Atlas.

    @WayneSchulz regarding keys. I've been clicking on the email button on the left part of the page, which produces a much easier to read email/report with keys and owned modules. It may take 10 seconds or so to come up but it is a whole lot easier than trying so search through the pages.

    Another option to get a 1-page summary of a given customer's reg info/unlockers, is to highlight the desired record/line on the Customer > Products screen, and then click the ""Switch to Form View"" link/button which is to the left of the Active/Inactive Products drop-down.

    I see that they put up a ""step by step"" guide on how to find activation codes, but when I click in it, the title bar says ""Step by Steph Guide"". Doh!

    All of this is very nice, but has anyone noticed that the old customer account number, which is still the required Account Number required when registering MAS, cannot be found anywhere in Atlas? The Registration Number is available, but this is only part of the Account Number (characters 4 through 9). Try to implement a new activation code after you upgrade users or add a module, and you'll notice that the account number doesn't need to be changed. Now, perform a parallel upgrade and prepare to complete the registration information, and you'll find that the Account Number, if you enter the new account number (beginning with 4), does not work; you must have the original Account Number, which I now write down from the System Configuration window of the existing install before installing the new program, although I have had to access TWO webistes to get the information I need to install MAS 90. Wow, I feel better now.
