If you get caught - try Monarch - print to a text file then create the extractions from the text reports. The Monarch software has gotten pricey so if someone can do it by ODBC or similar that's probably best.

I work with Scott Perryman at Perryman and Associates in Deland, FL. He puts everything into Access then places on an ftp site. He's done three for me, all in a couple of hours or less. Highly recommended.

@alanniergarth we used to be a PFW reseller and have moved about 25 of our customers off PFW to other products including Sage 50, 100, 500, Navision, GL, and others. We use an internally built, MS Access based utility to extract the data from one or more PFW companies. We can make that data available in an unlimited number of formats and / or layouts. Feel free to call at (918) 496-1600 or email at sslavin@cs3technology.com if you want help.
