    Sage Payroll Services No, I have not had anyone communicate with me about tier or margins yet. I've lost track of how may e-mails and how long it has been. Totally ignored. The issue a customer is having now is they need to process payroll for 1 employee who is in Canada. The answer is Sage cannot do it, but they will put me in touch with someone who can. Not sure it's worth it for 1 employee. Sage is an international company last time I looked. Why would they come out with this service - intended to compete with ADP and others - and only do the US?

    Seriously @JohnHoyt I would not trust employees paychecks, their means of support, to a company that can't post tier on time nor correctly, invoices customer's with resellers costs, or answers bug issues with 'well don't do that'. And that's just this month's issues with Sage as reported by our group.

    All I know is someone should take the gun away from Sage or get them bullet-proof boots!
