User has a new workstation and was having an issue with payroll import.
After resolving that, I thought I would just check the Payroll Status for good measure and received the error in the OP above.
My first thought was the service was down, so checked on my system and it communicates fine.
Just because it works for us, does not mean it will work for everyone.
Spent over an hour troubleshooting network configurations with IT. Assumption was it was the new computer and we were going to try to run the tax calc on the old machine.
The whole time, we were able to manually get to sagedatacloud.com via ping and tracert.
Yes, where is the $#&)(#_)@_ email that the system is down!!!
