    No - none of that or firearms. Credit card charges for warehousing, order processing and shipping - not product sales.

    The SPS sales call center - all they heard was ""fulfillment center"" and ""Chatsworth"" and assumed it involved adult materials. That's why centralizing sales has failed for them. Bring back the local reps.

    Apparently the problem is with the sponsor bank, Harris Bank, that has rejected this customer. As I understand it, this is a legacy relationship formed when SPS was just getting started. Based on how important this part of the business seems to be to Sage, you would think they would deal with a more substantial institution or at least one that isn't so conservative.

    Harris Bank is a fairly major bank. It used to be in Chicago. And I agree, these relationships need to be reviewed and updated. Just peculiar that a distribution center fails the test.

    I had never heard of Harris until yesterday.
