    Sage Payment Solutions acquired for $260 million Private equity firm GTCR will acquire Sage Payment Solutions, Inc. for $260 million. SPS, headquartered in Reston, Va., develops payment processing and merchant acquiring software. In June 2015, the company announced it would plant its North America headquarters at Atlantic Station in Midtown.
