Sage Partner Survey email is out

Why is Joe signing this? Is the new Donald Deshaies VP of Channel Management not really Channel Management?

The only interesting question on my survey was whether I'd be willing to pay for priority access to Sage support.

Milking the partners, again.

Sage have always been very odd about which executives sign these things. If you remember when Jodi Uecker-Rust left they did not have Sue Swenson announce it but instead I think it was Tom Miller and Paul Johnson which also struck me as a little weird.

What is the advantage to fill out these surveys for the partners? Why should I take the 5 minutes that I could instead play Solitaire to do this?

I only did it so I could report back. If I were not making a note to the group I would have ignored it.

Is there a partner out there that wants more Programs and Benefits for Partners? I think I may have gave them one positive rating (above a 5). For the life of me I can't remember what or why.

I wonder how they do on the Net Promoter Scale amongst partners?
