Sage Partner Portal - returning error 403 when clicking on links? Anyone else with strangeness going on with the portal? None of my KB searches are returning reported issues, just .pdf file references. when I try to click on product updates am getting a 403 error. what gives?

I was having this issue today also, and was just about to post about it. I thought that maybe I'd had some permission revoked.

Yes I am too getting same issue when trying to click a link and download a patch

At the moment I am able to navigate to the product update page and both click on the exe and pdf related to the most current update and both files start to download. That being said I've seen the site behave similarly and it seems sporadic.

I am not having any problems with KB or product updates

I've had this problem for a while now. It works on some machines and not others and I haven't figured out why yet. Was going to check the compatibility with the internet versions.

I find that on some days it works and then other days I cannot get in. On the days I cannot get in other people seem to have no problems. Go figure.

I called Sage and they informed me that this has happened to a few companies where a whole group of users have suddendly been denied access to products that they are authorized for. The Sage rep fixed mine and he is going to fix your too Aaron.

Looks like this issue has hit me, too.

Tried to change to Home and got a 500 internal server error. It was working great an hour ago.

I'm feeling less left out now. I logged out of the portal and back in again. Now I can go to Product Resources and get the 403 error.

Great - I'm having the 403 error, too.

Sage Portal has been misbehaving for multiple users for the past two days. Reported to Sage and they say they're working on it. They say it's an SAP issue... :)

I can't even get to the Product Resources page now in the Portal. I get this mess. I'm calling Sage now.

I was getting that message yesterday on IE9, but then was able access on Chrome.

IE10 is not working either but Safari and Chrome are working. It is all about what browser is working for the day!

I called Sage and I, too got confirmation that they are aware of the problem (i.e., 403 error) which is apparently only affecting certain logons. Although a fix is currently being worked on to fix ALL logons (I don't know if they have an ETA), they can fix individual logons as requested (which I was told takes about 10-15 minutes per logon). They're fixing mine so if you need yours fixed, call Sage Portal Support at the applicable # below (courtesy of @WayneSchulz from last year). Once you put the fix request in, log out of the Portal (although I'm not sure if that really matters while they're fixing it but it can't hurt). They said they'd shoot me an e-mail once it's fixed, at which time you need to: 1.log out of the Portal 2.clear your browser history and temp files 3.close your browser 4.re-open your browser 5.clear your browser history and temp files again just in case 6.log into the portal, and it should now work Fyi, my issue began yesterday when I couldn't get into certain things (e.g., the Sage 100 Support page); was getting the 403 error. The Knowledgebase seemed to be working okay though. And then at some point today I couldn't even get to certain pages (e.g., Product Resources); was getting that 500 Internal Server error.
