    SAGE Partner Portal question. Does anyone use the Support Ticket function in the partner portal to submit technical questions to SAGE? If so, what has been your experience with getting your support questions resolved?

    I've used it numerous times and usually get a call back the next day, once the same day.

    So they call you back instead of responding in writing to the support ticket?

    I only use the support ticket function. I don't have the patience to wait on hold and then get someone who can't help me. I have received both phone and email response. Either way they contact me it's a support person with knowledge in the issue.
