Sage Organizational News ...really, they get a guy from Yahoo to head up the Sage Customer Experience department? And we know how well Yahoo has done with customer experience... Sage Organizational Announcements =========================== Sage North America announced today changes to our executive team, including the promotion of Himanshu Palsule to chief technology officer and head of product strategy, the appointment of Brad Smith as executive vice president, customer experience, and the realignment of several of our business units. Reporting to me in his new role as chief technology officer and head of product strategy, Himanshu Palsule is responsible for all product and technology development, as well as guiding the overall product strategy for the Sage product and services portfolio in North America. Yes..and how about the great job Yahoo did with Flikr? I wonder if that was on Brad's resume as his accomplishments at customer experience? I am glad Sage does such a good job at vetting candidates by following industry news.
