I can't say for sure that this works but it appears that Sage now allows tracking updates to specific knowledgebase articles

Wow... I asked for that during the Q&A at MOTM 2018 and if that works it will help quite a bit.  I'd prefer a subscription by product, but being notified of an updated article will be a big improvement (over having to check manually).

@Kevin Moyes It looks like you can. The product download page is, itself, a KB article, so you can subscribe to it, too. Since the 'Known Issues' are now linked on the page, you should get a notification if any new patches are linked.

@Bill Pfahnl we'll see how well Sage maintains that list, but even then those are just hotfixes, not all known issues with a release.
    Scenario:
A Windows Update causes something to break in Sage 100.  Sage support puts up a KB article after a few calls.  Partners start getting calls too, but we don't know about the newly created KB article, so we troubleshoot the issue... wasting time that could be saved with proper KB notifications.
With 90-Minds, all it takes is for one of us to find and post about something big... but how many partner work hours are spent needlessly simply because of not knowing Sage has posted a new article in the KB?

There should be a way to search for all new or changed articles, filtered by product, that were posted between mm/dd/yy and mm/dd/yy

I got it too, but it doesn't say what's been updated, nor can you tell by going to that web page. But it looks like at a minimum it's the 7/9 '2019-Q3 TTU' link that was added.  I think it'd prove to be more useful if we were somehow made aware of what changed on the article.

I think the feature will be most important when following an article that is "reported to engineering"... so you know when they do something or add more information.
