I have submitted my first Sage Manufacturing order (submitted in December) and it has officially posted to the customer account (end of this last week). NO TIER POSTING, and I had a 2-user addition to an existing 100c user and NO TIER POSTING on that either. Sales management in Atlanta apparently believes that we no longer receive tier on the C line product. I e-mailed one of the managers several times about this with no response. I've been told he's now afraid to call me and I should back off, since he's just ""following orders"". (Hey, Connie, did you order this?)
This is all wrong, of course, but no one knows what to do or is afraid to make a decision.
