Sage Manufacturing I have not sold one of these yet. I heard that Sage is not posting tier or margin on this. Sales Operations reportedly said that partners do not get commission or tier on this. They must have different kinds of drugs down there in Atlanta.

This is probably another of those ""nobody but 2 sales advisors"" understands the policy. There is an entire FAQ which I think addresses this.

Nevertheless, the Sales Advisor team in Irvine was far superior in knowledge and assistance than what has replaced it in Atlanta.

So far, they are silent in that we have not been told who they are, so we can't call them. Attention: Connie Certusi, I know who YOU are, so you're fair game for calls, right?

I would add to your "" the Sales Advisor team in Irvine was far superior in knowledge and assistance"" with "" if they liked you"" . I found that if I questioned them that on a few occasions they became vengeful to the point where they would not release an order until I quickly escalated a report of their childish behavior.

According to Mike Ritchie, who has responded to me: They are wrong. We're working to resolve this issue, which I think it [is] just operational. I responded to him that this is just one part of the bigger issue in Atlanta where no one seems to have a clue.

If you are a ""certified"" partner supposed to make 25% in margin, plus tier credit ---- all other endorsed products are at least 30%.

I have submitted my first Sage Manufacturing order (submitted in December) and it has officially posted to the customer account (end of this last week). NO TIER POSTING, and I had a 2-user addition to an existing 100c user and NO TIER POSTING on that either. Sales management in Atlanta apparently believes that we no longer receive tier on the C line product. I e-mailed one of the managers several times about this with no response. I've been told he's now afraid to call me and I should back off, since he's just ""following orders"". (Hey, Connie, did you order this?) This is all wrong, of course, but no one knows what to do or is afraid to make a decision.

You might be reaching out too low on the food chain - start higher and initiate contact on Twitter with cc/SageNA then sit back with some popcorn...Most of the workers are paralyzed with fear and in my opinion spend most of their day just keeping their heads down. cc: Alan Laing would be a good start imo. And, yes, in my experience once you bypass the front lines expect them to be spiteful and stop returning calls, emails or being helpful. The one saving grace is most don't last too long.

You didn't get tier for any of the order or just the ""JobOps"" piece? Tim Finch is the Director of Sales Operations. Also keep your RSM in the loop.

@JohnHoyt .... No disparaging Atlanta. I know he is our president, but our city is vibrant as are the drugs (so what I hear)... The show also won some Golden Globes, although I have not seen it.

Just the JobOps piece. They already had Sage 100. Yes, I know Tim Finch very well. I'm not sure he's excited about that :-)

Sage Not Working"" the story of a dysfunctional software company trying to find its way in a new town on the Salesforce Platform.

The ""new town"" should have been San Francisco near SF. Unfortunately, the labor costs and real estate are not what is in Atlanta.

I'm not holding my breath, but I had an e-mail this morning that they are going to post the missing tier today. I'll know by tomorrow . . .
