    User having issue logging into Sage.  Panel opens, enter information, panel disappears.  Process remain active.  Same result when I log in.  Logging in from Citrix server is fine.  All other users are fine.

    I shut down the Sage service.  I have deleted all processes running after stopping the service at the console.

    I then renamed these files, then restarted service.  This AM, still an issue for user.
    =» SY_Console.m4t
    =» SY_Workstation.m4t
    =»Locate.pvk
    = Sessions.pvk

    Followed most of the suggested of the attached KB.

    Try renaming the sage 100 folder in c:\user\documents.

    c:\user\xxxxx\documents where xxxxx is the user.

    Could it be starting minimized? 
    I had a customer where this happened and I think we used one of these tips.

    Also try...if the program is showing in the task bar, right-click and chose 'move' then use your arrow keys to bring the Launcher to the visible section of the display.

    Nothing hidden, process is active but there is no indication where.  Nothing in the user document folder.  So my next step will be uninstall/reinstall the client

    When you say nothing in the User/Document folder, do you mean you don't see Sage 100 there?  If not, IT is probably redirecting the Documents folder and you need to find where it's redirected to and rename Sage 100 there.

    I've been wrestling with this exact situation and chasing a ".Net Runtime" error in the Event Log . After entering credentials the Launcher never opens, but the workstation tasks (both server and workstation) are running as seen in the Task Manager. After noticing @Doug Higgs' post here I tried deleting the "Sage 100" folder in the "Documents" folder and that allowed the Launcher to load. Hallelujah! Somehow this is related to the issue of syncing OneDrive folders discussed here. While I had this issue on 2019, I had at one time installed the 2021 Workstation and as a result had the "Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime" program installed on the workstation. I've turned off the synchronization of the "Sage 100" folder and it appears to be working now.

    Epilogue.  - Issues resolved after turning off the One Drive Synch (see link that @Dan Burleson posted above).  We copied the Sage 100 folder from One drive and fired up Sage.  Did not work.  Deleted the Sage 100 folder from the local documents folder, then fired up Sage.  Sage created a new Sage 100 folder and Launcher appeared.  Apparently, this is fixed in v2021 PU1 but not seeing any reference for v2020
