    Sage KnowledgeSync. Anyone using a Microsoft 365 account to send emails out via Ksync? My customer just switched from a Google hosted email service to Microsoft 365. It worked without a hitch on the Google hosted email but we can't seem to get it working with MS365. Used all the setting the provider gave us but no luck.

    Are you setting the email account as an exchange server, or is it smtp? Sent via DroidX2 on Verizon Wireless

    We have tried both. Using it as Exchange server we get a connection error in the Ksync log and it never goes out. SMTP it looks like it goes out but we never receive it.

    Do file a case with VS, and copy Farber.

    I agree with @JerryNorman. It's probably going to be a case with VineyardSoft. What does the monitor show? Does it show that the email was sent, or does it show an error as well?

    The monitor shows sent when using the settings as SMTP. Gonna have their MS365 provider check the logs on their side before I open the case with VS. Thanks.

    I am having a somewhat similar issue sending through Exchange on Saturday ONLY! One alert is received, no others are. Log indicates all were went.
